If enrolled, Voluntary Hospital Indemnity coverage is offered through Mutual of Omaha. If you suffer from an accident or serious sickness and must go to the hospital, this plan will pay a flat dollar amount when you are admitted.

 

In addition, for each day that you are confined to the hospital or ICU, you will be paid further flat dollar amounts up to a maximum number of days.
